REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you love your Posh Avenue Boutique items but understand that sometimes items need to be exchanged. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!
Merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Love it but need another color, size or pattern? We're happy to exchange as long as that item is still in stock. Please include the filled out Return Form (included with your order) along with a $7.00 Shipping Payment. Exchanges that cannot be fulfilled (due to changing inventory), will be issued store credit. Items that are returned without the $7.00 Shipping Payment, will be issued store credit.
Refund will be issued for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise. (Please see below on eligibility of returns and the process of returning). Once a return is received and processed, an email will be sent to the email address used on the original order.
To be eligible for an exchange/return, please make sure that:
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the order.
- The product is in its original condition and packaging.
- The product isn't used or damaged.
- Please DO NOT use the shoe box as the shipping container when returning shoes. This means that shoes/shoebox must be placed inside another box or in some sort of packaging.

Return Shipping Charges:
Original shipping charges are not refunded or credited on a return. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Posh Avenue Boutique. We highly recommend returning with tracking and/or insurance.
